Build Contest!!!

Prizes:
1st Place: 1 month VIP (or equal value thru BuyCraft) and 64 Diamonds!
2nd Place: 40 diamonds!
3rd Place: 20 Diamonds!

Da rules:
1. You may ONLY use the items provided in the chests at your plot (all chests are identical)
2. You may bring your own tools, none are provided. You could craft them with items provided however
3. You may dig down ONE block ONLY!
4. Builds may be anything!
5. No build height limit
6. Do NOT remove the fence. Fence will be removed before judgment day.
7. Only ONE player per plot.
8. No griefing/stealing from other plots (duh)

Breaking any rule is instant disqualification.


How to Join???

Go to /Spawn. On the bulletin board in front of you there is a warp to BuildContest. Right click that!

Then ask an admin to assign you a plot. Empty plots are designated with a piece of blue wool. Admins must break open the locked chests for you, then you must relock the chest with a provided sign.
Mods may compete. Admins may not.


Judgement Day:
Juding will start on Monday May 13. Admins will vote on their top 5 favorite. Votes will be tallied and winners will be announced soon after!

You realise he's saying all the other builds are amazing and he wouldn't be able to do anything near as good, right...? He's not calling them awful, it's the exact opposite...

Is there any way to get more items? I want to try to build the lighthouse of Alexandria, but I don't think I have enough resources for the full 120 blocks high bit. I'll probably just end up scaling it down, then building it later up to scale. ps, I'm the one that built the random burning pyramid in the middle of some desert somewhere out by minelypia.

ohhh ok i guess i read it wrong

Under the number on the sign by my build it says "basibasi." Just curious. Does this mean this person has judged it or is it an interpretation of the signs I had on the fence welcoming folks to my "Home Away from Home?" (I meant to move those to by the water and forgot. Sorry. )

Bump - Same Question as above. Most signs which have names look like it is the builder. This is not the case for mine (# 30), shown below.

Sorry, yeah, gail. You have the wrong name under yours. Only because when I clicked a block to see who built, it showed another player who removed blocks there a long time ago haha
