Current state of LegitLand

I'm loving these positive vibes! Keep it up everyone it's just a new start to something AMAZING.

J, I have been a loyal Legitland member, and I will always be. I understand that this is truly a big hit on your server, but it will hopefully get better. The multitude of true Legitland players and I are willing to help you rebuild. We will make this server better in every way, shape, and form together. I hope you find a new server hosting company soon so we can get to work on a new beginning for Legitland. We will always be by your side. None of the items or numbers have any meaning. The true meaning of Legitland is for us to be a strong community that sticks together.

It seems to me that you have plenty of loyal players accepting their losses and moving on with high hopes, myself included. My worry is for the devoted players that may not have been active in the forums to read your post and learn of the situation. Of course you are not alone in rebuilding LL! You will have help from any number of us to rebuild, restore, and re-establish.

It may be a pretty big loss but here's my perspective on it: what happens now is we all start again from scratch, which may not be awful since the server economy was becoming mess with everything being over priced, and that the refund from aim2game pays for a server to keep LL carrying on for even longer. A fresh start and a few months server rent paid for already? Not too bad really is it? We can rebuild and get back to having fun soon enough

You know that we're not gonna quit on LL because it's reseted. We'll help you guys rebuild and always help each other

Thanks for keeping us updated with the current status of LL.  

Sorry to hear about the lost of LL... I can only imagine the amount of frustration that you (and the other players, myself included) must be going through.  Hang in there!  Like others have said, because of this fiasco, you will have a much stronger LL community who is willing to help you and each other rebuild LL.  We will all be back as soon as LL comes back online!... Looking forward when that day comes!

I'm sticking with LegitLand. It's to good too leave behind especially after almost a year of playing with all of you.  

We've all lost but we will rebuild. Sorry for your loss J.

I can't even begin to comprehend everything that has been lost. It may be a game but it was also so much more. I know I will return and I will do anything I can to restore the server to what it used to be. And to restore faith among it's members. I'm not a member of Legitland for the builds. I'm there for the community. And I know all the admins and mods and of course the owner, made it a wonderful experience for me.
This server is what truly grew my love of Minecraft into what it is.

Well, I for one am excited to join the server once its back up. I will get to redo everything, which will be fun!

Why leave an awesome place, even if it has problems? i have been on this server for a while, and of course, im sad. But i will defenitly come back, and if theres anything i can do, just tell me. Theres no reason i want to leave this server True legitlanders will stay, and im pretty sure that they will do their best to help in a certain way.

Legitland isn't a world. A Minecraft world is just electrons stored to make ones and zeroes in a server bank somewhere. Legitland is a community. It's the people who shaped those ones and zeroes into something amazing. We may have lost the world and plugins, but we will rebuild.

I will be returning. I lost EVERY farm u can possibly build in minecraft in the over world!!! But im coming back. I lost buycraft stuff, but im coming back. And J, if I can help with remaking LL, I would gladly help. I Love the server, it was the only one I played on.

Me personally, it really doesn't hurt that much because we get to rebuild and also help to do something that was no ones fault. I am really gonna support u guys because I have been playing for like a year and I LOVED IT!!! I am defiantly coming back to help and i really hope you get things sorted out. I was just watching the video about what is going on. I have been keeping up with the progress. I know that everyone is really stressed out about the data loss. When the server comes back I could help back up the server because I have 64 GB work of internet data a month that I could probably stretch if we needed a way to back up the server initially.

This sucks. BUT i will restart and do everything again i am OK with that too.
Ugh. i just want it to be back up ASAP that would make my life awesome

I calculate that with a dell server and a second cable modem/service it would actually probably only take you 1 year to be paying less and getting more than you do with aim2game. Its like a dedicated server for $50 a month.

Also, is the teamspeak server still up?
